Suicide Prevention Resources

If you are thinking of suicide or have thoughts that life is not worth living, there are people who care and want to help you. Often times, thoughts of killing oneself arise out of intolerable emotional pain and hopelessness that the problem causing the pain cannot be resolved. While emotional pain can feel intolerable and endless, with the right help and support, it does get better and you can find the courage to find solutions that cause the pain.
